Returns / Refunds

We are committed to making great products that you'll love. But if for some reason you don't love our products, please reach out to us!

We offer returns or exchanges for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@wellkidsbrand.com to initiate your return.

Items must be in unopened, unused condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including packing slip and/or receipt. The customer must bear return shipping costs. For refunds; we will reimburse the cost of the product less shipping charges or any customs, duties, or taxes that may have applied to your order. 

 

Damaged, lost, or stolen packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have an issue with your products please email us at hello@wellkidsbrand.com.

If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification. We are not held liable for the package contents upon receipt by the shipping carrier. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
